Five Star Home Services Facebook Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Sponsor

  • This giveaway is sponsored by Five Star Home Services (“Sponsor”), located in Ohio.

2. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be legal residents of Ohio, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter the giveaway, participants must:
    • Follow the Five Star Home Services Facebook page.
    • Like the designated giveaway post.
    • Share the giveaway post publicly on their Facebook profile.
    • Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person.
    • Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Contest Period

  • The giveaway begins on the date the post is made live and ends on the mentioned date in the post. (“Contest End Date”).

5. Prize

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced live on Facebook on date mentioned in post
  • Sponsor will notify the winner via direct message on Facebook and/or a tag in the comments section of the announcement post.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity

  • By participating, entrants agree to allow Five Star Home Services to use their name, profile photo, and likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation or notification, as permitted by law.

8. Release

  • By entering, participants release and hold harmless Five Star Home Services, Facebook, and their affiliates from any liability, claims, or damage arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. Disclaimers

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

10. Governing Law

  • The giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

11. Privacy

  • Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used in accordance with Five Star Home Services’ Privacy Policy.
